A deep-dive class each month
One full class with Tara, on one subject, taught to the bottom of it. Topics rotate through the year so the library keeps growing.
Membership
A monthly membership for people who want to understand their own body: taught properly, in a group, with a plan for what to actually do each month.

What you get
Education, access, community and implementation. In one place, every month.
One full class with Tara, on one subject, taught to the bottom of it. Topics rotate through the year so the library keeps growing.
One live group Q&A a month. Members submit questions ahead of time and they are answered for the whole group, as teaching rather than as individual advice.
The guides we write for clients again and again, gathered in one place and kept current, yours for as long as you are a member.
A members-only community away from the algorithm, where the conversation stays on the subject and the people in it are doing the same work you are.
This month
Every month has one subject and four weeks of implementation, so the membership stays something you do rather than something you subscribe to and forget.
SeptemberBlood sugar
Each month is published at the start of it, and the class and the Q&A that month both sit on the same subject.
Membership
The same teaching at every level. What changes is how testing is handled and how often we meet — from reading labs you already hold, to testing through us, to bloodwork and a weekly rhythm.
$79per month
For people who already hold recent labs and want a practitioner to read them properly and build the plan around them.
Testing is not ordered through us at this level.
Investment$79 per month
$180per month
Testing through us according to your plan, with a monthly rhythm of check-ins to keep the work moving between them.
Which panels your plan includes depends on your case.
Investment$180 per month
$300per month
The closest support we offer: bloodwork through us, a weekly rhythm of check-ins, and access to the practitioner portal.
Which panels your plan includes depends on your case.
Investment$300 per month
At every level
Whichever level you are on, the membership itself is the same. These come with all three.
The monthly price is the membership. Panels are quoted separately, because which ones your plan calls for depends on your case — we talk that through on the complimentary consult before anything is ordered.
What the classes cover
One a month, rotating through the year.
The library
The guides we found ourselves writing for one client after another, made properly once and kept current. Members have all of it from the day they join.
Everything in the library is written for general education. It is not a protocol built for your case.
The community
A private community for members, not another feed, and not a group chat that scrolls past. Threads stay on their subject, and the people answering are doing the same work you are.
Tara and the team answer for the whole group, so an answer helps more than the person who asked. Individual care belongs in a private program.
Members share what worked for them. That is worth a great deal and it is not medical advice; bring anything urgent or clinical to your own practitioner.
People talk openly about their health because the room is private. Screenshots and reposting are not on.
The community runs on Circle, which keeps its own sign-in and its own moderation tools. Your membership includes access; the invitation arrives when you join.

The Collective is education and community, not individual care. Nothing in the classes, the library or the community is a diagnosis, a treatment or a plan built for your case; that is what the private programs are for.
