Our 4-month program is a deep dive into your health and our most comprehensive level of support. It’s designed for those who are ready to take a closer look at what’s really going on and make a meaningful investment in their long-term health.
We use functional lab testing to help us understand what is happening beneath the surface. Your testing is personalized to you and will depend on your symptoms, history, goals, and unique situation. From there, we build a plan around what your body actually needs. Beyond testing, we focus on the foundations that influence how you feel every day, including digestion, blood sugar balance, sleep, light exposure, movement, stress, nutrition, and other often-overlooked factors that can have a major impact on your health. You’ll learn how to understand your body and make changes that support your health long after the program ends.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach; it’s a collaborative process designed to help you connect the dots and understand your body on a deeper level.

Membership
The membership, at one of three levels. The classes, the library and the community throughout; what changes is how testing is handled and how often we meet.
Every level carries the whole membership: a deep-dive class each month, a live Ask Wildly Primal, the full resource library, the private community and a plan for the four weeks. On top of that, Essentials reads labs you already hold, Guided adds testing through us with a monthly rhythm of check-ins, and Complete adds bloodwork through us, a weekly rhythm and the practitioner portal. The monthly price is the membership; panels are quoted separately.
