Book a consultWe commonly work with men and women dealing with digestive issues, fatigue, brain fog, hormone concerns, fertility challenges, blood sugar issues, stubborn weight changes, inflammation, and unexplained symptoms.
Most doctors use blood work to look for disease. If your results fall within a broad laboratory range, you may be told everything is “normal.”
We look at your results differently.
We test 40+ blood markers instead of the smaller group typically included in routine blood work, then compare your results to tighter ranges associated with better health and function, not just the ranges used to identify disease.
This can help uncover early patterns in blood sugar, thyroid, hormones, nutrients, inflammation, liver function, and more that may be missed when everything looks “normal.”
Our goal isn’t to give you another diagnosis. We help you understand your results, identify patterns, and create a personalized plan to support the areas that need attention.
No. Health coaching is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease or condition, and it is not a substitute for the advice, treatment or diagnosis of a licensed professional. We use functional lab testing alongside nutrition, supplements and lifestyle strategy to restore balance and support the body’s natural ability to heal.
Absolutely. Our work can complement your existing medical care. We do not replace your physician or other medical providers.
We don’t accept health insurance. Functional medicine works differently from traditional healthcare because our approach is focused on looking at the bigger picture, identifying patterns, and using comprehensive testing and individualized protocols rather than simply diagnosing and treating a specific condition.
Most health insurance plans are designed to cover conventional medical care, so they generally don’t cover functional medicine consultations, coaching, or many of the specialized tests we use.
Working outside of insurance also allows us to choose the testing and recommendations we feel are appropriate for each person rather than being limited by what an insurance plan will approve.
The 4-month program is $2,800–$3,500, depending on the testing your case calls for, with payment plan options available. We talk it through openly on the complimentary consult, before anyone commits to anything.
Because our programs include personalized time, testing, analysis, and preparation before and throughout your program, all program purchases are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to make sure our approach is the right fit for you before enrolling. If you have questions about the program or what’s included, we’re happy to help you decide if it’s a good fit.
Not at the moment. Functional lab testing is offered as part of the 4-month program, where it is chosen for your case and walked through with you rather than handed over as a report.
Men and women who are ready to invest in their long-term health rather than looking for a quick fix. Serious inquiries only.
It depends entirely on what we find and how long it has been going on. True healing isn’t rushed, which is why our core program runs four months rather than four weeks. We cannot and do not guarantee a particular result; your outcome depends on your own effort, consistency and starting point.
