Health Coaching Membership: Choose Your Level of Support

By Wildly PrimalUpdated 3 min read

Sea grass on a dune at sunrise, the sea beyond.

A health coaching membership provides a continuing structure for education, community and practical support. At Wildly Primal, the WILD Collective has three levels: Essentials, Guided and Complete. The right choice depends on the support you want and how testing is handled.

The membership is one option within a broader range. The Four-Month Program is available for one-to-one work over a longer arc, and the complimentary consult comes first whichever you choose.

What the WILD Collective includes

The Collective combines a monthly educational class, a live Ask Wildly Primal session, a resource library and a private community. It gives members a place to keep learning and turn a topic into something they can work with during the month.

Read the current Collective page for the published scope and level details. A membership is not insurance or a medical-care plan. Community education also does not make another member’s experience a treatment recommendation for you. Use the practitioner relationship and your medical team for questions specific to your situation.

Compare Essentials, Guided and Complete

Essentials is designed around labs you already hold and includes a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan. Testing is not ordered through the practice at that level. Guided adds testing through the practice according to your plan and a monthly rhythm of check-ins.

Complete adds bloodwork through the practice, a weekly rhythm of check-ins and access to the practitioner portal. Check current prices and the exact inclusions on the membership page. Laboratory panels may be quoted separately; a membership price should not be read as the total cost of every possible test.

When Essentials may be a better fit

If you mainly want to work with labs you already have, Essentials may be enough. Testing cannot be ordered on its own at the moment; when new testing is needed, it is chosen for your case within the Four-Month Program or through the Guided and Complete levels.

Choosing a lighter level is a reasonable decision when frequent contact is not what you need. Ask how your existing results will be used, what the monthly class and community include and what moving to Guided or Complete would cost. You can compare those details with the structure of the higher levels.

How the Four-Month Program differs

The Four-Month Program is a longer one-to-one commitment, paid upfront, with an intake, testing as appropriate and continued work on an individualized plan. It suits a different style of support from a monthly membership level.

Ask for the written scope and full price rather than assuming every program has identical tests. Testing in the program is chosen for your case and walked through with you rather than handed over as a report. None of these services promises a particular health result; choose the structure for the work and contact it provides.

Choose by participation, scope and total cost

Think about how often you want contact and whether you can make use of the educational material. Ask about the schedule, access arrangements, included reviews, laboratory fees and any other optional costs. Read the applicable terms before enrolling and clarify any cancellation or payment questions directly.

If you are unsure, the complimentary consult is the starting point. Describe the kind of help you want, whether you already have lab results and how much ongoing support you expect to use. The aim is a service you understand and can participate in, not simply the highest level available.

Common questions

What are the WILD Collective membership levels?
The three levels are Essentials, Guided and Complete. They differ in testing access and the rhythm of practitioner support. See the current Collective page for details and pricing.
Do I need a membership to order testing?
Not necessarily, but testing cannot be ordered on its own at the moment. It is chosen for your case within the Four-Month Program or through the Guided and Complete levels, where panels are quoted separately from the monthly price. Essentials reads labs you already hold. The complimentary consult is the place to ask which route fits.
Is the Four-Month Program a membership?
It is a separate upfront one-to-one program over four months. Ask how its scope compares with the monthly support options before choosing.
Which membership should I choose?
Choose based on the contact and services you will use, existing lab results and your total budget. The complimentary consult can help you compare options without promising a health outcome.
